Air Fryer Filet Mignon

There is nothing like a juicy, buttery, juicy steak to elevate a special occasion.  Air Fryer Filet Mignon is simple and quick to prepare yet delivers a luxurious meal that will please the most discerning guests. This one is something to swoon over!


Butter – 3 tablespoons unsalted butter softened – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary – ¼ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – 1 pinch cayenne pepper Steaks – 8 ounces filet mignon steaks – ½ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

– Make the butter by combining the butter, garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

Stir to combine.

Step 3

Place on parchment paper and from a small log. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 4

– Season the steaks and allow to sit at room temperature for 1 hour. – Preheat the air fryer to 400° F. – Add the steaks, and cook for 4 minutes. Flip and cook another 3 to 4 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 130 ° F for medium-rare.

– Slice the butter.

– Place the butter on top of the steak and tent it with foil.

– Allow to rest for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
