Cloud Bread

– 3 eggs separated, at room temperature – ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar – 3 ounces cream cheese softened – ¼ teaspoon apple cider vinegar – ½ teaspoon baking powder – ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning – ⅛ teaspoon salt


Preheat the oven to 300 ° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place the egg whites in one bowl and the egg yolks in another bowl.


Add the cream of tartar to the bowl with the egg whites. Add the cream cheese, apple cider vinegar, baking powder, Italian seasoning, and salt to the bowl with the egg yolks.


Whisk well to combine.


With a stand or handheld mixer, whip the egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold the egg yolk mixture into the egg whites, being careful not to deflate the egg whites.


Form into 8 rounds on the baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown.
