Keto Energy Balls

Keto Energy Balls are an excellent grab and go option for breakfast or a snack. With just six ingredients, these little nibbles are perfect to make on the weekend to enjoy throughout the week.

Ingredient List – 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut – ½ cup chopped pecans – ¾ cup creamy peanut butter – 2 tablespoon sugar free maple syrup like choc-zero – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – ⅓ cup Lily’s chocolate chips


In the bowl of a food processor combine the coconut, pecans, peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.


Process until smooth.


Transfer to a bowl and stir in chocolate chips.


Using a small cookie scoop, scoop out the dough and then form into balls.


Place on a parchment lined baking sheet and cover. Chill for at least 30 minutes.
