Tex Mex Dressing

With just four ingredients, this easy salad dressing comes together in a flash.  It keeps perfectly for lunches all week, making your meal prep a snap.

  • 1/4 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Southwestern seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste


  • Gather your ingredients.
    Salad dressing ingredients: seasonings, sour cream, olive oil.
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.  Alternatively, you can whisk the ingredients together in a small bowl.
