- ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup pumpkin puree
- ¼ cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk.
- 3 tablespoons maple syrup substitute or sweetener of choice
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
