Ingredients

  • ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup pumpkin puree
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk.
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup substitute or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
  • ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
