  • 12 ounces green beans trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Place the green beans in a large bowl. In a small bowl, whisk together the oliv oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour the oil mixture over the green beans and toss to coat.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 375° F.
  • Arrange the green beans in a single layer in your air fryer basket, working in batches as necessary.
  • Cook for 6 to 8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  • Add the parmesan, and cook for another 2 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
