Keto Turkey Meatballs

Few foods are more versatile than meatballs, and these Turkey Meatballs are a recipe I turn to again and again. Make BBQ Meatballs once, and then experiment with your own ingredients to make this recipe your own.

Instructions

  • Season the ground turkey with salt and pepper. Place the egg in a bowl and sprinkle with gelatin. Allow to sit for 5 minutes and then whisk to combine.
  • Pour the gelatin mixture over the ground turkey and add almond meal, chili powder, smoked paprika, onion powder, and garlic powder. Mix gently with your hands.
  • Form the mixture into meatballs about 1 ½ inches thick.

Air Fryer

  • Set your air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray the meatballs and cook for 5 minutes. Flip and cook for 4 minutes longer.

Bake

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the meatballs in a single layer.
  • Cook for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

To Finish

  • Transfer the meatballs to a bowl and toss with the BBQ Sauce.
