Keto Chicken Marinade

This easy low carb and sugar free chicken marinade is one of the best ways I know to elevate chicken! Please note that though the nutritional information is believed to be accurate, most of the marinade isn't actually consumed, so you won't be adding this many calories/carbs to your diet.

  • In a medium bowl whisk together the avocado oil, coconut aminos, dijon mustard, minced garlic, smoked paprika, salt and pepper.
  • Place chicken in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over. Marinate for at least an hour or overnight.
