In a large bowl, combine the lamb, egg, onion, feta, almond flour, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
Using a small cookie scoop, form into meatballs about 1” in diameter.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and spray with oil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray the meatballs with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary. Cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for 7 to 10 minus longer, to the desired doneness.
