Keto Lamb Meatballs

You are going to love these Keto Lamb Meatball Recipe! It is so easy to make, and you can use ground lamb or a combination of ground lamb and beef. This gluten-free recipe is perfect served with Greek tzatziki sauce or on low carb gyros.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground lamb
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • ½ cup chopped red onion
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • cup almond flour
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon ground oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a large bowl, combine the lamb, egg, onion, feta, almond flour, garlic, rosemary, and oregano. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Using a small cookie scoop, form into meatballs about 1” in diameter.

Oven Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and spray with oil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.

Air Fryer Instructions

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray the meatballs with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary. Cook for 6 minutes. Flip and cook for 7 to 10 minus longer, to the desired doneness.
