Keto Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cucumber seeded and chopped fine
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Place the cucumber in a colander and set over a bowl. Sprinkle with the salt and let stand for 10 minutes. Transfer the cucumber to a clean dishcloth and wring out as much liquid as you can.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, mint, and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
