Ingredients

  • ¾ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve confectioners
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • ¼ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • ¼ cup finely grated parmesan

Instructions

  • In a blender combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Swerve, Dijon, parsley, oregano, crushed red pepper flakes, and grated parmesan.
  • Process until smooth.
