Ingredients

coconut oil

natural unsweetened peanut butter

unsweetened cocoa powder

Swerve confectioners or other sugar alternative

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Optional: Chopped pecans
macadamia nuts, or flaky salt, for topping
Instructions
Melt the coconut oil and peanut butter in a medium saucepan.
Whisk in cocoa powder and sweetener and stir until well combined.
Stir in vanilla extract.
Transfer the mixture to a measuring cup with a spout, and carefully pour the mixture into a lined mini-muffin pan.
Freeze until solid, about 1 hour.
