Keto Teriyaki Sauce
Most teriyaki sauce has both sugar and soy - both of which are not suitable for a keto diet. You won't believe how much like the "real thing" this sugar-free version is.
In a medium saucepan, stir together the coconut aminos, water, brown sugar substitute, rice vinegar, ginger, garlic, and crushed red pepper.
Cover and cook for 5 to 7 minutes over medium-low heat. Uncover and whisk in xanthan gum. Cook for another 2 minutes, until thickened.
