Keto Tzatziki Sauce
Tzatziki Sauce has long been a favorite of mine, and you are going to love this keto-friendly version.
- 1 cucumber seeded and chopped fine
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- 1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint
- 3 cloves minced garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
Place the cucumber in a colander and set over a bowl. Sprinkle with the salt and let stand for 10 minutes. Transfer the cucumber to a clean dishcloth and wring out as much liquid as you can.
In a medium bowl, stir together the cucumber, sour cream, lemon juice, dill, mint, and garlic. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
