  • Stand Mixer or Hand Mixer
  • 8" x 8" Pan


  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 cup coconut oil
  • ½ cup powdered allulose
  • ½ cup peanut or almond butter
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans


  • Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the cocoa powder, coconut oil, powdered Swerve, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. If desired, stir in pecans.
  • Transfer to the prepared pan and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan.
  • Sprinkle additional nuts on top of the fudge if desired.
  • Freeze for 1 hour, and then cut into pieces.
  • Store in the refrigerator or freezer until serving.


Carbohydrate Count does not include the allulose as it is removed from the net carbs.
