Ingredients
1cupcocoa powder
1cupcoconut oil
½cuppowdered allulose
½cuppeanut or almond butter
½cupheavy cream
2teaspoonsvanilla extract
Optional: ½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
Line an 8 x 8 baking pan with parchment paper.
In the bowl of a stand mixer, beat together the cocoa powder, coconut oil, powdered Swerve, peanut butter, and vanilla extract. If desired, stir in pecans.
Transfer to the prepared pan and spread evenly on the bottom of the pan.
Sprinkle additional nuts on top of the fudge if desired.
Freeze for 1 hour, and then cut into pieces.
Store in the refrigerator or freezer until serving.

Carbohydrate Count does not include the allulose as it is removed from the net carbs.
