- 1 head of green cabbage
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Cut the cabbage in half and core. Cut each half in half, creating four chunks. Cut into thin strips. Alternatively, you can spiralize the cabbage or use your food processor.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add the cabbage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
