  • 1 head of green cabbage
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Cut the cabbage in half and core. Cut each half in half, creating four chunks. Cut into thin strips. Alternatively, you can spiralize the cabbage or use your food processor.
  • Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the cabbage, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally for 10 minutes.
