  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons powdered Swerve or sweetener of choice
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dry mustard
  • ½ teaspoon sea salt


  • Heat a small skillet to medium and add poppy seeds. Cook for 90 seconds, until fragrant.
  • In a blender, combine the olive oil, red wine vinegar, poppy seeds, sweetener, lemon juice, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Refrigerate until serving.


Makes ¾ cup; 6 2 tablespoon servings
