Low Carb Tortilla Chips

  • Cut the tortillas into wedges.

Frying

  • Heat ½ inch of oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Cook the tortillas in batches, turning once, until golden brown. It should take about 1 minute per side.
  • Remove to a plate lined with paper towels and sprinkle immediately with salt.
  • Allow to Cool

Deep Frying

  • Heat the oil to 355° F.
  • Cook for about 2 to 2 ½ minutes.
  • Remove to a plate lined with paper towels and sprinkle immediately with salt.
  • Allow to Cool

Baking

  • Preheat the oven to 350° F.
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and place the tortilla pieces on the baking sheet.
  • Brush with oil and sprinkle with salt. Bake for about 20 minutes, flipping once, until golden brown.
  • Allow to cool on a wire rack.

Air Fryer

  • Heat the air fryer to 325° F. Brush or spray the tortillas with oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Cook for 7 minutes. Flip, and cook for 7 minutes longer, until golden brown.
  • Cool on a wire rack.
