Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper
  • 4 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled
  • cup chopped red onion
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce chopped

Instructions

  • Peel and pit avocados and mash in a medium bowl.
  • Add lime juice and cumin. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
  • Add in bacon, onion, cilantro, and chipotle chiles.
  • Serve immediately or place plastic wrap directly on the surface and refrigerate until ready to serve.
