- 2 avocados
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- ½ teaspoon ground cumin
- Salt and pepper
- 4 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled
- ⅓ cup chopped red onion
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce chopped
Peel and pit avocados and mash in a medium bowl.
Add lime juice and cumin. Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir to combine.
Add in bacon, onion, cilantro, and chipotle chiles.
Serve immediately or place plastic wrap directly on the surface and refrigerate until ready to serve.
