- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3 tablespoons MCT oil
- 4 tablespoons allulose
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Combine heavy cream, almond milk, MCT oil, allulose, and vanilla extract in a blender.
Process until smooth.
Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to ten days. Shake well before using.
