Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 tablespoons MCT oil
  • 4 tablespoons allulose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Combine heavy cream, almond milk, MCT oil, allulose, and vanilla extract in a blender.
  • Process until smooth.
  • Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to ten days. Shake well before using.

19 servings; approximately 2 tablespoons each
Allulose is subtracted from the nutritional information because it is not metabolized and causes no increase in blood glucose or insulin.
