  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ cup red wine vinegar
  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Swerve optional
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper


  • Combine all ingredients in a glass jar. Use an immersion blender to process until smooth. (You can also process in a blender.)
  • Store in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
  • Shake well before using.
