Keto Baked Brie
For an indulgent appetizer that is always a winner, give this keto brie a try. Creamy and luscious, this is always a hit.
- 8 ounce wheel Brie cheese
- 1 cup strawberries hulled and cut in half
- ½ cup pecan halves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil divided
- ½ teaspoon sea salt divided
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper divided
Preheat oven to 375° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Put the Brie on the prepared pan.
Place the strawberries in a bowl and the pecan halves in a separate bowl.
Toss each with ½ tablespoon of oil, ¼ teaspoon of salt, and ⅛ teaspoon of pepper.
Arrange the strawberries on the baking sheet and cook for 13 minutes.
Add the pecans and cook for 7 more minutes.
Allow to cool slightly before serving.
