Keto Loaded Cauliflower

- 1 head of cauliflower
- 2 tablespoons avocado oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
- 4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
Preheat oven to 400° F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl. Toss with the oil, salt, paprika, and pepper.
Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Cook for 20 minutes. Add the cheese and cook for 5 minutes longer.
Transfer to a serving platter and top with bacon and chives.
