– 1 cup full-fat coconut milk – 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder – 2 tablespoons Swerve sweetener or sweetener of choice – ½ teaspoon vanilla powder – 3 tablespoons chia seeds – ⅛ teaspoon salt – 2 tablespoons unsweetened chopped coconut for topping – 2 tablespoons chopped pecans for topping.

Whisk together coconut milk, cocoa powder, Swerve and vanilla powder in a bowl. Stir in chia seeds and salt.

Let sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Stir and transfer to serving dishes.
