Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

Pat the chicken dry. In a small bowl, combine the cumin, paprika, salt, and oregano. Sprinkle over both sides of the chicken.

Heat the avocado oil in a large oven-safe skillet to medium-high heat. Cook for 3 minutes per side, until golden brown.

In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese and chopped green chilies.

Spread over the chicken and top with the cheese. Bake fro 20 to 25 minutes, until the center of the chicken registers 160° F. Allow to rest for 5 minutes prior to serving
