Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing

This Homemade Blue Cheese Dressing recipe is sure to become a staple in your kitchen. With almost no prep time, you've got a delicious dip or salad dressing that you will find yourself reaching for all week long. (That is, if it doesn't get eaten sooner.) This recipe isn't particularly fussy, so feel free to play with it to adjust it to your taste. Sometimes I up the garlic, and kick up the heat with a touch of cayenne pepper.

Ingredients

– ¾ cup mayonnaise – ¼ cup sour cream – ½ cup heavy whipping cream – 1 teaspoon minced garlic – 1 tablespoon lemon juice – 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar – 1 teaspoon hot sauce – ½ teaspoon sea salt – 4 ounces blue cheese crumbled (about ¾ cup)

Place mayonnaise, sour cream, and heavy whipping cream in a medium bowl.

Whisk together.

Add the garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, and sea salt.

Stir to combine.

Add blue cheese crumbles, and stir until well combined.
