This Keto Blue Cheese Dressing recipe is sure to become a staple in your kitchen. With almost no prep time, you've got a delicious dip or salad dressing that you will find yourself reaching for all week long. (That is, if it doesn't get eaten sooner.) This recipe isn't particularly fussy, so feel free to play with it to adjust it to your taste. Sometimes I up the garlic, and kick up the heat with a touch of cayenne pepper.

Keto Blue Cheese Dressing is Creamy & Dreamy Goodness!

Growing up, my Dad always loved blue cheese dressing.

I remember clearly - I didn't understand the appeal. I was firmly on team ranch, and to me, blue cheese was just stinky.

Of course, like most kids, my tastebuds changed. These days, while I still have a soft spot for ranch dressing (like this Keto Ranch Dressing), I am equally in love with this Keto Blue Cheese Dressing.

Rich, creamy and cheesy, dressing and dips like this are one of the best parts of following a low carb keto diet. Why? Because it is about the only diet you can enjoy a salad dressing like this on with ZERO guilt.

I love this with so many different things! I have been known to dip steak in it, and it is fabulous with these Keto Cauliflower Wings. And you can't go wrong serving this with my Keto Buffalo Chicken. (Which you MUST try!)

Of course, a salad with blue cheese dressing is always a hit!

Feel free to play with this and adjust the seasonings and consistency to your liking.

How to Make Low Carb Blue Cheese Dressing

It couldn't be easier to make this recipe!

1 Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, heavy whipping cream, garlic, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, hot sauce, sea salt, and blue cheese in a small bowl.

2 Stir until well combined and refrigerate until you are ready to serve.

My keto friends will love this recipe! I like bleu cheese dressing, especially with wings. I think wings aren't keto-approved though?

That dressing sounds pretty simple to make. I didn't realize that as I'm team ranch and hubby is team other dressings.

I am 49 years old and have never tried blue cheese. I suppose its time to remedy that, yes? The dressing seems like a safe start. 🙂

That blue cheese dressing looks divine. Even though I'm lactose sensitive, I do enjoy my share of dairy when it's a standout dish or dressing.

This looks great! One thing that would help me, especially with salad dressings, is to know the size of a serving. The recipe states that it makes 16 servings, but with something like this, it would help to know if a serving is 1 Tbs. or 2 or....
Thanks for all the great recipes!
