Salmon cooked from frozen is the ultimate quick and easy dinner. This Instant Pot Frozen Salmon is going to become a go-to weeknight meal. Ingredients

– 1 tablespoon avocado oil – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – 1 pound frozen salmon filets – ¾ cup water – ¼ cup lemon juice – 2 tablespoons coarsely chopped parsley

– In a small bowl, combine the avocado oil, garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and fresh ground black pepper.

– Drizzle over the salmon filets. – In the bottom of your instant pot, combine the water, lemon juice, and parsley.

– Place the trivet in your Instant Pot.

– Place the frozen salmon filets on top of the trivet.

– Close the lid and set to sealing. Set the Instant Pot to Manual High Pressure for 5 minutes. (Add additional time for thick or especially large filets.)

– When the time is up, do a quick release. If you would like your salmon to be a bit more well-done, leave the lid on before removing for up to 5 minutes.
