Keto Avocado Fries

Imagine biting into a crispy, low-carb delight, with creamy avocado at the heart of it. That's what you get with our Keto Avocado Fries. Perfect as an appetizer, snack, or side dish, they're even better dipped in a sauce. I've paired them with a simple Sriracha mayo here, but feel free to try blue cheese or ranch. 

– 1 avocado – ⅓ cup almond flour – ⅓ cup parmesan cheese – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – Salt and Pepper – 2 eggs – 1 tablespoon lemon juice Sauce – ⅓ cup mayonnaise – 1 tablespoon Sriracha – ½ teaspoon garlic powder


Cut the avocado into ½-inch thick wedges. Combine the almond flour, parmesan cheese, and garlic powder in a shallow bowl.


Beat the eggs and lemon juice together in another shallow bowl. 


Carefully dip the avocado slices in the eggs and then dredge in the almond flour mixture. 


Press the coating into the sides of the avocado to help it stick.


Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees. Spray the air fryer and coated avocado with cooking spray. Place in the air fryer and cook for 7 to 8 minutes, flipping halfway through.


Meanwhile, in a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Sriracha, and garlic powder. Refrigerate until ready to use
