Keto Baked Brie with Pecans

Looking for a heartwarming appetizer that's sure to make your family and friends feel special? Imagine sinking your teeth into this Keto Baked Brie with Pecans – it's like a little piece of heaven on a plate!

– 8 ounce wheel Brie cheese – 1 cup strawberries hulled and cut in half – ½ cup pecan halves – 1 tablespoon olive oil divided – ½ teaspoon sea salt divided – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper divided


Get your oven all fired up and ready by setting the temperature to 375° F. Grab a baking sheet and neatly lay a piece of parchment paper on it. Next, take your  Brie cheese and place it gently on your prepared pan.


Put the strawberries and pecans in separate bowls. To each bowl, add a smidgen of oil - about ½ tablespoon should do. Follow up with a pinch of salt - around ¼ teaspoon will suffice, and a dash of pepper - roughly ⅛ teaspoon. Give them a nice, gentle toss so they're all evenly coated.


Now, let's get those strawberries roasting! Arrange them on the baking sheet and pop them into the preheated oven for about 13 minutes.


After that, it's time for the pecans to join the party. Add them to the baking sheet and let them roast in the oven for an additional 7 minutes.


Once everything is beautifully roasted, allow them to cool down for a bit before serving.
