– 12 large eggs beaten – ½ cup heavy cream – ½ cup sour cream – ¾ teaspoon garlic powder – ¾ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – 14 ounces pork or turkey breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled – 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 3 cups, divided

Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spray a 9 x 9 casserole dish with cooking spray.
