– ¼ cup unsalted butter – ¼ teaspoon sea salt – ½ teaspoon dry mustard – ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper – ⅓ cup heavy cream – 1 cup shredded cheddar – 2 ounces cream cheese


Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.


Add the salt, mustard, and cayenne pepper.


Stir for 30 seconds, until fragrant.


Add the heavy cream and reduce the heat to low.
