Keto Guacamole

I have a soft spot for anything with avocado, and this Keto Guacamole is a particular favorite of mine. With crunchy bacon, smoky chipotle chiles, and just the right amount of seasonings, that is an easy-to-make appetizer that never fails to please the whole family. Serve it with Low Carb Tortilla Chips and get prepared for happy dances all around.


– 2 avocados – 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice – ½ teaspoon ground cumin – Salt and pepper – 4 ounces bacon cooked and crumbled – ⅓ cup chopped red onion – ¼ cup cilantro chopped – 2 chipotle chiles in adobo sauce chopped

Step 1

– Peel and pit avocados and mash in a medium bowl.

Step 2

– Add lime juice and cumin.

Step 3

– Season to taste with salt and pepper and stir to combine.

Step 4

– Add in bacon, onion, cilantro, and chipotle chiles.

Step 5

– Serve immediately or place plastic wrap directly on the surface.

Step 6

– Refrigerate until ready to serve.
