Keto Gummy Bears

There is no need to miss your favorite sweet treats on a low-carb diet. These Keto Gummy Bears have all the flavors of your favorite gummy candy without any of the sugar. With nothing but natural ingredients, you won’t believe how much like the “real thing” these are.

You Will Need

– 1 cup keto-friendly berries - blueberries strawberries, or raspberries – ¼ cup lemon or lime juice – ¼ cup water – 3 tablespoons unflavored gelatin – ¼ cup Swerve Confectioners more or less to taste – Optional: Natural food coloring

– Place the berries and juice in a blender and process until smooth. Transfer to a saucepan over low heat. – If there are any seeds or skins you would like to remove, you can strain the mixture.

– Place the water in a small bowl and sprinkle the gelatin over it. Allow it to sit for 5 minutes.

– Add the gelatin mixture and the Swerve and increase the heat to medium-low.

– Cook until the gelatin and Swerve are dissolved, whisking vigorously to incorporate the gelatin and being careful not to let the mixture boil.

– Add in the food coloring if you are using.

– Place into molds and refrigerate until solid.
