Keto Hot Chocolate

– 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk – ½ cup heavy cream – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – ¼ cup Swerve Confectioners – 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute – 3.0 ounce Lily's Chocolate Bar cut into small pieces – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract


In a medium saucepan, heat the almond milk and heavy cream over medium low heat.


Stir in the cocoa powder, Swerve, and brown sugar substitute, and whisk until they are dissolved.


Add the chocolate and reduce the heat to low. 


Cook until the chocolate is melted.


Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.


Top with keto whipped cream if desired.
