Ingredients

– 1 head of cauliflower – 2 tablespoons avocado oil – 1 teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese. – 4 strips of bacon cooked and crumbled – 2 tablespoons chopped chives

– Preheat oven to 400° F

– Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

– Cut the cauliflower into florets and place in a large bowl. Toss with the oil, salt, paprika, and pepper.

– Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.

– Cook for 20 minutes. Add the cheese and cook for 5 minutes longer.

– Transfer to a serving platter and top with bacon and chives.
