These Keto Lamb Meatballs have Greek-inspired flavors that are surprisingly good. With an unexpected burst of flavor from salty feta, they are always a welcome addition to our dinner table. Serve them with Tzatziki Sauce and be prepared for happy smiles all around.


– 2 pounds ground lamb – 2 eggs beaten – ½ cup chopped red onion – ½ cup crumbled feta cheese – ⅓ cup almond flour – 2 teaspoons minced garlic – 1 ½ teaspoons dried rosemary – 1 teaspoon ground oregano – Salt and pepper to taste

– In a large bowl, combine the lamb, egg, onion, feta, almond flour, garlic, rosemary, and oregano.

– Season to taste with salt and pepper.

– Using a small cookie scoop, form into meatballs about 1” in diameter.

– Preheat oven to 400 degrees. 

– Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper. 

– Arrange in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and spray with oil. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
