Sugar Free Chocolate Pudding

It is rich, creamy, and just perfect for when you need a low-carb chocolate fix. Prep is a cinch, so it doesn't require a special occasion to make.

– 2 cups heavy cream – 1 ½ teaspoons gelatin – ⅓ cup unsweetened cocoa powder or cacao powder – ¼ cup Swerve Confectioners – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract – ⅛ teaspoon sea salt

– Put ½ cup of heavy cream in a bowl and whisk with the gelatin.

– Heat the remaining heavy cream in a small saucepan to a simmer. (Do not boil.)

– Whisk in cocoa powder and Swerve and cook over low heat until smooth.
