Ingredients

– 1 cup heavy cream – 1 cup unsweetened almond milk – 3 tablespoons MCT oil – 4 tablespoons allulose – 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

– Combine heavy cream, almond milk, MCT oil, allulose, and vanilla extract in a blender.

– Process until smooth.

– Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to ten days. Shake well before using.

TIPS & TRICKS – If you use unsweetened vanilla almond milk, you can eliminate the vanilla extract if you like.

– Feel free to swap out the vanilla extract for other flavors. Peppermint, hazelnut, and caramel are all great options. Just be sure to start with a quality extract - I have found that some that are less expensive leave an unpleasant aftertaste.
