– 1 pound breakfast sausage crumbled – 8 ounces frozen chopped spinach thawed and drained – 2 cup shredded cheddar cheese – 10 eggs – ½ cup heavy cream – ½ cup sour cream – ½ teaspoon dry mustard – ½ teaspoon salt – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper Instructions – Preheat the oven to 350 ° F.
