I love a savory breakfast, and this Keto Egg Casserole is a particular favorite of mine. You can make it on the weekend for a quick breakfast during the week. – 12 large eggs beaten – ½ cup heavy cream – ½ cup sour cream – ¾ teaspoon garlic powder – ¾ teaspoon sea salt – ¼ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper – 14 ounces pork or turkey breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled – 12 ounces shredded cheddar cheese 3 cups, divided

– Preheat the oven to 350° F. Spray a 9 x 9 casserole dish with cooking spray.

– Beat eggs in a large bowl.

– Add the cream, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and whisk to combine.

– Stir in the sausages and 1 cup of the cheese.

– Transfer to the prepared baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.

– Cook for 35 to 45 minutes, until set.
