Delicious, creamy decadence comes together in one pot on the stove in a matter of minutes. (I like to add some keto whipped cream on top for the full effect!)
– 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk – ½ cup heavy cream – ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder – ¼ cup Swerve Confectioners – 1 tablespoon brown sugar substitute – 3.0 ounce Lily's Chocolate Bar cut into small pieces – ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
In a medium saucepan, heat the almond milk and heavy cream over medium low heat.
