– 1 cup chicken broth or vegetable broth – 1 teaspoon sea salt – 1 head cauliflower chopped – 3 ounces cream cheese at room temperature – 2 tablespoons butter softened – ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
Stove Top – Bring the broth and salt to a boil in a large pot. Add the cauliflower. Bring to a simmer, then cover and reduce heat to low. Cook for 20 minutes.
