You Will Need

– ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt – ¼ cup pumpkin puree – ¼ cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk. – 3 tablespoons maple syrup substitute or sweetener of choice – 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter – ¼ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon – 1 cup ice

– Add Greek yogurt, pumpkin puree, heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk, maple syrup substitute or sweetener of choice, peanut butter or almond butter, pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon to the blender.

– Add the ice.

– Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

– Transfer to a glass and serve immediately.

– Top with whipped cream if desired.
