I think you are really going to like this Low Carb Ranch Dressing! It is the perfect way to make the thought of another salad enticing, and also a fabulous way to season chicken or roasted vegetables. Make it on the weekend to elevate your weekday meals.
Combine ¼ cup cream and apple cider vinegar in a medium bowl and whisk until combined. Allow to sit for 10 minutes.
Add mayonnaise, sour cream, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, dill, and black pepper to the bowl. Whisk until well combined.
Thin to desired consistency using more heavy cream or bone broth.
Transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to one week.

Homemade ranch dressing will last for up to a week in the refrigerator provided that it is tightly sealed. I recommend storing it towards the back rather than in the door to keep it as cool as possible.
