Storage
Keep them in an airtight container or bag in the fridge for up to five days. They are fine at room temperature for a day or so, but almond flour goes bad more quickly than wheat flour.
They freeze beautifully for up to three months. Wrap them individually and thaw overnight, or microwave a frozen one for about 30 seconds. That little bit of warmth brings the crumb right back.
