Keto Lasagna Skillet

This keto lasagna skillet is the perfect dinner for a weeknight! It's quick and easy to make, and it's so delicious. You'll love the cheesy goodness of this dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 pound Italian sausage removed from casings
  • ½ cup diced onion
  • 1 clove minced garlic
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 4 cups keto marinara
  • 8 ounces fresh mozzarella torn
  • ½ cup fresh ricotta
  • ¼ cup parmesan cheese
  • For garnish: fresh basil and parsley

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium-high heat, breaking up with the back of a spoon until the meat is brown. Drain.
  • Add the onion, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook for 5 minutes, and then add the marinara.
  • Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Sprinkle with the torn mozzarella and dollop with the ricotta. Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
  • Cover until the cheese melts. (If you prefer, you can place it under the broiler.)
  • Garnish and serve warm.
