Low Carb Ketchup
Both adults and children go wild for this Keto Ketchup Recipe! It isn't finicky, so play with the spices and adjust to your families tastes. We like heat, but feel free to leave off the cayenne pepper.

- 1 cup beef bone broth
- 6 ounces tomato paste
- 3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Swerve sweetener
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ⅛ teaspoon cayenne pepper
Combine bone broth, tomato paste, apple cider vinegar, Swerve, garlic powder, onion powder, dry mustard, salt, cinnamon and cayenne pepper in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Bring to a simmer, and reduce heat to medium low.
Cook for 15 minutes.
Allow to cool completely and then transfer to a jar. Store in the refrigerator.
