Tex Mex Dressing

With just four ingredients, this easy salad dressing comes together in a flash.  It keeps perfectly for lunches all week, making your meal prep a snap.

  • In a medium bowl, whisk together the salsa, sour cream, olive oil, and southwestern seasoning. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Notes

This will last for up to a week in the refrigerator. If any separation occurs, simply whisk again. (Or if you store it in a mason jar like I do give it a good shake.)
