Keto Bang Bang Cauliflower

- 1 head cauliflower cut into larger florets
- 3 eggs beaten
- ¾ cup almond flour
- ¾ cup finely grated parmesan Cheese
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ½ teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- Cooking spray
- 1 recipe Keto Bang Bang Sauce
Beat the eggs in a shallow bowl.
In another shallow bowl, combine the almond flour, parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg and then coat with the almond flour mixture.
Use your hands to press the coating into the cauliflower.
Preheat your air fryer to 400° F.
Spray the cauliflower with cooking spray.
Arrange in a single layer and cook for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping after five minutes, until golden brown. (Cook in batches if necessary.)
Preheat your oven to 420° F.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with oil.
Transfer the cauliflower to the baking sheet and spray the tops with oil.
Cook for 10 minutes. Flip and cook another 10 to 12 minutes, until golden brown.
Toss the cauliflower with the Bang Bang Sauce and serve immediately.
